Services & Fees

Affordable Flat Fee

We do not want your divorce to be more costly than necessary. Our services are provided for a flat fee. As a part of your free consult, we will gather some preliminary information and provide you with a written proposal that outlines our services and all of the fees involved.

Your InDivorce Process

Step 1

Inquire

We offer a free consultation to explain our InDivorce process and address any questions you have about what it takes to get divorced. Based on our intake questionnaire, we provide a proposal tailored to your family’s needs, including an outline for our work together and a flat fee for our services. We work to eliminate your anxiety and worry about the process.

If you decide to move forward with InDivorce, we will meet with each of you individually and begin gathering information and documentation as indicated by you and your family’s unique situation.

Step 2

In-depth Analysis

Your InDivorce process continues with an analysis of equitable distribution and support. If you have minor children, we will meet with you and your spouse to begin developing the framework for your parenting plan, time sharing schedules and child support calculations.

Your InDivorce process also includes weekly individual InDivorce coaching meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to provide you with an opportunity to explore your interests, needs and concerns as they apply to you and your family.

Step 3

Insight

Step 3 begins with individual InDivorce team meetings with each spouse to discuss the financial analysis and parenting plan. The InDivorce team will explain in detail the schedules that have been prepared thus far and address any outstanding questions or concerns.

Your InDivorce process will move forward with conjoint InDivorce team meetings to develop mutual agreements with your spouse that you both intend to include in your written marital separation agreement and written parenting plan.

Step 4

In Writing

With your consent, the InDivorce team will prepare your written Marital Settlement Agreement and written Parenting Plan. While the writing of your agreements is the last step of your InDivorce process, this does not finalize your divorce.

To finalize your divorce, your written agreements along with additional court-required documents need to be filed with the appropriate court. You can choose to do this pro se (on your own) or we can refer you to a trusted divorce professional outside of the InDivorce process who can assist you.
